I actually bought these when the seller originally sold them for 450GB about 2-3 weeks ago but then he send me an email saying that he didnt have time to go to the post office so he refunded me and promised to sell them to me for the same price

O.K. guys let me tell you a little story about this auction and its seller..............

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/RMC-Martin-Kso...item2a059eb618

First of all the owner of these jeans owns a pair of fakes in this design, I know this because they are a member of this very forum. I have been tracking for some considerable time the selling and buying pattern of this seller and it is apparent that they have several accounts to which they regularly Shill bid on their own items to push up the price, in addition to building up their feedback for each account. if a genine seller doesnt buy the goods they buy it via one of their other accounts and give feedback both ways. They sell only to return later on E bay again. How is this possible when they sold??? Some of you will have noticed that some RMC items seem to show status sold but then magically they are back on auction within days.

The auction JS has mentioned was in fact the second time these jeans were attempted to be sold on E bay. The first time they didnt sell and were re listed, this being the one JS bought on. The reason why the jeans were not delivered JS is quite simply because he doesnt actually own them.............yet?. Another reason is because as a member of this forum you would know a fake from the real thing and dispute the sale, this seller knows this so retreated from the sale! He knows you because your E bay account is in the same name as your Forum name, not hard to work it out really, had you had an E bay account called FredBloggs1 its likely you would have ended up with the fakes!! A dispute would have got you no where, this seller having used one of their assumed accounts would simply close it and vanish, you would not be aware it was actually one of our own forum members who sold it to you. So I am very glad the sale didnt go through JS or you could have been stung big time!

These jeans were for sale on Yahoo Taiwan a while back, and a bid was made via Abidko to purchase this item, I dont know if the bid was successful or not or if this E bay seller was the guy using Abidko to make the purchase, however I know that this seller knew about the Yahoo auction because he rather foolishly used the exact pic of the jeans used on that Yahoo auction and used it on his E bay auction. Why did he use the yahoo auction pic, well easy it shows a clear pic of a 34 waistpatch, the size they were selling. What an idiot! Another thing struck me about this auction was the picture of the leg cuffed to show the selvedge. That picture is actually of "MY" superpowers jeans, its been lifted off the forum and cut so that it cannot be seen that the waistpatch say 32 and my "Dunnymonster" watermark cannot be seen. Check the thread show your jeans and you'll see its my picture doctored!!! If they own these jeans then why use other peoples pictures??? The pics used on this current auction incidently are exactly the same as the previous 2 attempts to sell these jeans as I am sure JS will confirm.

It might be he does now actually possess these jeans now given the time that has passed assuming he was the winning bidder of the Yahoo auction, which he might not have been in which case all he can send you is the fakes he bought. Thus all the buyer will get is a set of fake jeans.

To the seller of these jeans, I guess its up to you really, I could embarass you in front of everybody and reveal who you are but I think the more savvy amongst us will know who you are, certainly I do and have for some time. Frankly I couldnt give a toss if you Shill Bid your own stuff, if you want to buy and sell to yourself to make your feedback better or to push the price up to create pretend interest in your auctions thats fine, but when you use pictures from members on this forum to sell jeans you most likely do not possess then I feel its time to say something about it. Frankly I am very disappointed indeed, if you want to deny what Ive said please feel free to defend yourself on this very forum, I have a comprehensive list of all your assumed accounts on E bay which I am happy to publicly post on this forum, the feedbacks of which paints a very interesting story, although my guess is they will be set to Private after reading this to prevent anybody seeing, however that suits me fine because you cant sell when your account is set to private anyway, although I suppose you have 10 other E bay accounts I dont know about anyway.

Suffice to say, this should be a clear lesson to anybody who thinks E bay is 100% safe just because the pictures look real, and anybody who is in any dought with regard to my accusations please feel free to PM me ( except of course the ****wit who is selling these, cos I aint gonna be happy if you PM me!!) and I'll happily E mail all the screengrabs I took of the previous auctions and also the yahoo auction that the pictures were stolen from too, plus I'll happily send pics of my own jeans I posted to prove the cuffed picture is mine. Rant over.......................make your move!!

you've made your point and it's all down to the seller of this jeans to either come clean or take the listing off to redeem himself.
