I am so very glad you didnt get screwed over JS, I hope this gives you full confidence in the moderators on this forum, we are watching your backs all the time and all fakes from E bay are now swiftly removed. Again I present futher evidence of my pics being used, here 3 pics in the set set I e mailed to our forum member just to prove beyond any dought that I am the owner of these pictures. Again if the seller here wants to dispute it I will happily forward the E mail I sent on Jan 29th 2010 to any member on the forum which will reveal this persons E mail address as well so every other member can see it for themselves!! I sent these pics to only one person on this forum, nobody else had access to these pics. You might notice how similar these pics look to the ones used in the previous and current E bay auctions!!

If there has been a huge misunderstanding on my part then I will await any reply made publicly by the forum member who I believe is in fact this seller, but to be honest I think there isnt much you can really say is there? It is for this reason that I will not announce who the forum member in question is. In the spirit of fairness I believe everybody should have the opportunity to defend themselves and state their case.

Yeah the Yahoo seller is totally innocent and genuine, you are thinking of lutralutra17 and he is an agent seller for people who dont have Yahoo in taiwan, a bit like people use an E bay service to sell goods on their behalf who dont have internet access, so regards the Yahoo auction it was completely legit. The seller who has posted the E bay auction we are discussing I believe tried to purchase these jeans, I dont know if they succeeded or not , if they did, then they do have a legit pair in 34 for sale, but of course why use other peoples pictures if you have them in your possesion?? Also the previous 2 auctions on E bay were posted before the auction sale on Yahoo had finished so it was simply impossible for the seller to have supplied legit product when they tried to sell them the first 2 times. As I say I am a fair man and will give this forum member a chance to explian themselves before taking futher action.

Whoever this guy is hes a complete and utter tw*t! How can you post on a genuine forum such as this about love for a brand, and yet try and sell off some fakes to make a quick buck?!

I have been contacted by the individual forum member by E mail who has openly and honestly stated his case and has accepted that a silly mistake was made on their part which they regret.

The fact that JS did receive a full refund certainly suggests it was not this members intention to simply rip anybody off, they could have done this of course, JS having already paid for the goods by Paypal by means of Gift. I am happy that this at least proves that the seller was happy to refund when it became apparent that they did not have the goods in their possession, all be it that wasnt the reason JS was told, but ultimately that doesnt matter. he got his money back and thats the important thing.

The pictures situation will hopefully be addressed soon, I would like to see the stolen pictures removed and only pictures of the actual Jeans they are selling placed on the auction as it is my understanding that genuine jeans are now in the possession of the seller, all be it they cost considerably more than even they expected thus the revised high price they are selling for. Dont say I didnt warn you about proxy auction services like Abidko, this seller bought these thinking they would be cheap and now realises how much it ended up costing them! Sadly it seems they tried to sell them before even winning the Yahoo auction, thus the reason for my pictures and the pictures from the very auction they were buying from being used instead.

Regarding the Shill bidding activity, well really that aint my business, thats a matter for the seller and I partly understand why it takes place ( who really wants to sell a pair of RMC at 99p?), but obviously it doesnt do anything to give potential buyers any confidence in your sales, especially when it appears other things seem dodgy as well, and I feel its my duty as a moderator to report such findings where I feel potential monetary loss could occur to any of our members. I get no thrill in seeing people who work hard for their money being ripped off.

I leave this matter closed at this time, I believe members will draw their own conclusions and of course should the forum member involved wish to make a public statement I am sure it will go a long way to gaining the respect of the other members here. None of us are infallible, we all make mistakes and do silly things, its how we deal with our mistakes that make us gain respect from our peers.

Thanks guys

EDIT. It has come to my attention that in fact the jeans are still not in the possession of the seller, they are being messed about by their bidding agent who bought these on their behalf, good old Abidko, however delivery is expected soon.Until such a time comes I think it prudent the auction is removed.
