Hey man!
It could be one of many thinks as to why they haven't be able to honour your order. As I understand it your order was placed but the payment has not gone through or was cancelled (or refunded) by Bagga??
If the above is true, I think it is probably because your payment details did not match the delivery address!! This is a common problem with many online retailers - not just Bagga. If the payment address (address which your credit card/bank account statements are sent to) does NOT match the delivery address MOST (if not all) stores will cancel/refund the payment. The online store will not be covered if the payment turns out to be fraudulent. For example : the payment address could be : 101 The Street, Ohio. The delivery address could be : 303 The Avenue, Washington. This would alert the retailer & the payment processor would advise to cancel/refund the payment. This can be very annoying when ordering presents for family that live at a different address.
Retailers would be extra careful if it comes from outside the UK - with certain countries (known for fraudulent payments) immediately denied by the payment processer.
This is normally the main reason for cancelling the payment. Were your payment/delivery address the same?? That's probably THE MOST IMPORTMANT thing here! Even little things like mispellings may cause problems when processing the payment & the store would be advised to cancel the payment.
I would try to contact them again maybe use the 'read receipt' so you know that they have received the email. Failing that - give them a call. I shouldn't take long & would only cost a couple of $ few a few mins I would guess.
Sometimes they would request a photocopy/scan of your passport/driving license etc to double check you are who you say you are! (I'm not sure if you had to do this- you mentioned ID - but I'm not sure what you meant).
Failing all that : they may have sold out of the item!!

If you can't sort it, maybe try buying from a different store?
If/when the order is placed - remember they will go through customs - which adds extra time to delivery. But most stores should give you some kind of tracking number so you can obviously track your order!
Hope this helps.
