so I bought these gods dainitin yorai and due to them being a good fake and bad lighting in the pic, I thought they were real. until they arrived. I didn't even have then out of the bag when I knew they were fakes.

so now I have a claim in with Paypal. they need a document from an unbiased, third-party, such as a dealer,
appraiser, or an organization that is qualified in the area of the item in
question (other than yourself), which clearly identifies the item as not
authentic. The document must specifically state how the item received
differs from an authentic item and must include a detailed explanation of
how the person evaluating the item determined that it is not authentic. If
possible, the document should include a serial number, and must be on
letterhead that includes the name, address, and phone number of the
business or organization so that PayPal may contact them if necessary.

I live in Philly, they don't sell RMC here.

does anyone know were I can get this authentication?

Could I take a trip up to JJ's Sportswear and can they do this for me?

or is there something in the RMC website that I can send pics to?

So sorry to hear of your misfortune buddy, its so easy to get caught out especially if you can get what you want at a good price. Certainly if you want to post some of your own detailed pictures to this thread and perhaps myself and other Moderators can give our opinion on the Jeans to substantiate their lack of authenticity with a detailed report on why we think they are fake. Simply saying they are fake without giving details why would of course be totally pointless. I could also use my extensive archive of pictures to show what the real jeans should look like. Perhaps then Paypal would accept the contents of this thread as proof should you need to print it off or give them the direct link. Perhaps failing that, maybe E mail Paul at Togged and ask if perhaps he could produce a report from the pictures you take of the Jeans in much the same way. I am sure he would only be too happy to help rid ourselves of yet another fake seller. As always and I am sure you dont need telling this, when buying RMC from any seller always ask for highly detailed pictures and scrutinize the seller fully no matter who they are.

ok now to your Dainiti nyorai.

The waist patch stitching is wrong, It's not straight and does not have even width around the patch.
The serial number looks printed instead of lasered on which will create a groove on the patch.
Authentic RMC uses leather waist patch but yours seems like it's PVC.
Authentic Dainiti Nyorai have red/green selvedge down the legs but yours have chain stitch to it.
Authentic RMC Dainiti Nyorai are made in Hongkong NOT in china like your tag states.
Authentic RMC Dainiti Nyorai uses unbleached cotton so they have a brownish tint to it but yours are whitish blue.
Authentic RMCs have red middle tags with the inside red as well. Not white in the inside as shown in your pics.
Authentic RMCs buttons are painted black on the inside and not just on the surface only.
Authentic RMCs have even contrast stitchings around the waist and not uneven threads like stated on your pic.
The pocket linings are suppose to be Dark blue with Purple/Pink characters but yours seems to be Black instead.

Well done on your troopers buddy. I think Shin has pretty much covered every facet of the fake pair you have. All I can add is that the left rivet on the small front coin pocket doesnt line up and sit centrally with the stitching as it crosses each other whch all genuine RMC do of course. Lets hope you can get the situation resolved soon. Best of luck!
