I have won a pair of red monkey jeans on ebay .its red monkey "TOKAIDO MOUNTAIN BRIDGE ". here's the link :

Red Monkey RMC jeans, 34"w on eBay, also, Men's Clothing, Clothes, Shoes Accessories (end time 18-Apr-09 22:23:13 BST)

Are they real ??
but i just found out these jeans ain't called Tokaido Mountain bridge cos on togged.com , tokaido mountain bridge is different from that? is that style ever made by RMC???
could any1 please confirm if they real or not as i have to pay for them ...thanksss

The pictures certainly seem to show that they are genuine, shame they dont show the box that should come with it as well as these are never faked. I think you can rest assured you got a nice bargain there. Nice RMC's , well done!

Dunny - have they been worn much?

They have a nice 'slighty used' look about them - looks really cool. Maybe it's how they are originally?

WOuld love to see them worn in - bet the embroidery would look so good if distressed!

Only been worn once CD, so the grainyness is probably due more to the quality of my N95 camera when doing close ups with the flash than anything else, plus a bit of tinkering with Picassa to improve the picture quality a bit

LOL. Ive often wondered myself what heavily embroidered RMC's like the Toyo story would look like. Only ever seen standard pockets usually just with waves that have been worn to destruction. Given the thickness of the embroidery it would take some doing, as its stiff as card when you first wear them and only softens up a bit after 2 or 3 wears
