Look pretty genuine to me from the pics but as always ask for more detailed pics before you commit to a bid, be nice to see the selvedge just to be sure.

Always a worry that, genuine sellers are more than happy to reply, they want to sell the item after all don't they? Be aware that these pics could have been taken from just about anywhere, other auctions maybe, they certainly look genuine to me from what little I can see from the pics and thus the auction wont be removed, but as to whether you actually receive genuine product come sale time is an altogether different thing.

wat makes feel odd, that the picture is for a sz 36 in the auction, but the seller states its 38 ?

Its hard to see the waistpatch clearly, but certainly on the inside of the jeans the printed size shown on the inside yoke of the jeans shows 38, so at least that matches LOL

I feel like I've seen the same pics somewhere else, but maybe that's just me...

You never can tell with E bay, stealing pics is rife, always best to watermark any close up pics, makes em impossible to use.

how do you watermark the pictures ???

I just downloaded Picasa 3, its a free all be it basic image editing suite, which you can crop your pics to size, brighten them up, etc if they are too dark, but it also has a useful add text function. You can write anything you want onto your image in a variety of different fonts and then just make it as transparent as you want, save it and thats it, its permanently a part of the picture. When you then upload the image to Photobucket or whatever upload service you use, it is retained and cannot be removed.

Just make sure you put your tag somewhere on the image where cutting it off would make the image look a bit odd, or better still splash it across the entire image and make it transparent so that you can still see the picture underneath. Perfect if you sell on E bay too cos it proves they are your pictures if you watermark them with your user name, instead of having a written piece of paper next to your item to prove you own it.
