The Tsunami wave jeans look like they might be Kosher, again always insisit you get pics and good close ups of the selvedge bacause again some of the Japanese fakes can be very good but always fail the selvedge test. Looking at the waistpatch the selvedge on these is likely to have one side with a green line and the other with a red line or possibly both red/green line very close together, touching with no gap between them.
The shorts look OK too, I can just about see the black Yoke tag which this design of shorts should have ( its one of the few designs to have a black yoke tag as most RMC have red ones). Its hard to see the waistpatch but it should be a thin cardboardy type and it should be lot no 431. If it says lot 1001 or lot 1002 its fake.
