Yeah the caps are fake, lots of these for sale on Asian auction sites as well. Notice that if the pictures posted by the seller are not very good or showing no details, then the products are nearly always fake whatever the brand. If you are selling the real deal then you have nothing to hide, and have detailed pics to support its authenticity.

I agree with that to, all of the fake never show detailed pics, if i were selling on there i would take detailed pics of all the things that make them geniune!, I get bored of reporting fake rmc to ebay they dont seem to do a lot about it

Thats probably because they think Martin can't afford to sue them like Louis Vuitton, Tiffany etc for millions of pounds!!

it can be possible to engage a statement to the magistrates court of commerce in france for such problems; i would gladly start one if i can get some support (not financial support) from you guys!

Like if i get a fake jeans from the eBay guy, i can do something!

Ebay has been injured by a sentence here in france from a big french company making luxurious products that was conterfeits and sold on ebay france!

first thing that would help is to send me a copy of each report you doing to eBay even to Worldwide locations, it can show the court, we got some heavy opinion people around, trying to struggle against the counterfeits for sale on eBay, but eBay isnt doing its job at this time, well not the way it should be...

This way if i receive a fake one, then i ll try a request to the tribunal of commerce's judge president, and not just come with my own complain for a fake stuffs i bought, we need to go further!

Anyway, i can call the customs to help first before trying anything, then ask an advocate to write a request where and how it must be done!

The customs will produce a paper that clearly proves its a fake...

I'll write a complain to eBay too for sure!

The thing is i asked the guy some more pics but he never sent anythin, well for the circumstances, its a real PLUS to have some other proofs fake stuffs are being sold on eBay, and thats why if you re tracking sellers around there, i am important to use it!

I hope you do understand my sayings in the good way hehe remember froggy is my native language!

if France wins UK at football for the incoming event, you all have to give a hand of euros to buy me a RMC jeans LoL!

here is another good idea!
We can start a petition to submit to eBay for the conterfeits hanging around for fake rmc jeans dealers and we will write down we engage to track em all the time and report em! This way they will take our opinion while reporting stuffs on ebay, increadibly the serious and effective way!

i think we are starting something nice!
