Well done Shawn............RMC 1 , Fake seller 0 As for your case Gush, dont give in buddy, E bay more often than not see it in the buyers favour as you have found and their protection means you will certainly see your money soon. I assume you used Paypal to pay for the goods, if so you are totally covered. If you have issued a chargeback via a credit card attatched to your Paypal it could take up to 100 days to get your cash back
