Intellectual Property rights are a big thing these days, sales are driven by media hype and seeing people using a product can be seen as an endorsement of it. Still its got a bit ridiculous these days where everybody has to ask for permission to publish pics of what is essentially a public figure.

man when a fan puts up a photo i dont see what that has to do with intellectual property rights. if jay-z doesnt want to be a celeb anymore and not have fans talk about him he should stop performing and all that.
