Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone could give advice on whether I should do ACCA OR CIMA.

I will explain my current situation.

If I was to study ACCA, I will need to sit 10 exams to be fully qualified, as I am exempt from 4 exams - This may take me 2 - 2 ½ years.

If I was to study CIMA, I will only need to sit 6 exams to be fully qualified, as I will be exempt from 8 exams,- This may take me 1 - 1½ years.

BUT as I will be CIMA qualified I will only need to sit a further 5 exams to be ACCA fully qualified? This may also take me 1 - 1 ½ years to do.

So it could take me 2 - 3 years to complete both qualifications if I did CIMA first!!!

But if I studied ACCA by it's self it may take me 2 - 2 ½ years. So it make sense for me to do CIMA first and then ACCA.

I wanna do ACCA more then CIMA, but it makes more sense to do CIMA first and then ACCA second !!

p.s. If i did ACCA first and then CIMA I would have to sit 16 exams, would take me forever to do,
