what car u got? there shouldn't be a problem to add body kits to the car, get a pro to fit it, fiber glass can crack and break but thats if u hit something. no problems for me

it all comes down to who is doing the installation and what kind of kit you get. Fiberglass kits tend to be alot cheaper but they crack easily. i've seen kits crack with minor bumps, scuffed if your ride's too low, or even when you've went over a pot hole. bright side is fiber glass cracks are easy to repair. Polyurethane kits are more durable, same quality as oem bumpers etc but doesn't come cheap.

Oh I see...I guess i need to do some reasearch and find someone perfect for the job...i guess i wont go for the fiberglass.

I know if I go with the body kit im gonna have to have my car raised in height cuz I dont want it to be scrapping the road since most of the roads here are uneven or cracked with potholes

To Brian...my car is nothing special its a 98 Chev Malibu...i just want to change the appearance and maybe add small modifications to give it a small boost

Any ideas of what i can change on it? because superchargers are like 4k and im not gonna do that lol

If its for exterior show, i would do body kit, HID lights if you don't already have em, rims, paint your brake calipers while ya at it.
For interior mods, it'll be like brian suggest, shift knob, reverse glow gauges, aluminum pedals etc.
For alil more power, simple bolt ons like exhaust, high flow cat, headers cold air intake and coil overs.

The most expensive among the lists would probably be body kit and rims. When you are ready to be in the modding scene with good amount of money to spare, then be reading for carbon hood and trunk, full suspension mods, force induction, piggy back for tuning and all the other good stuff lol.

I am getting rims on cuz it will look incomplete plus im gonna get the HID lights...I know I need fog lights since they burned out I just dont know what kind to get since there are so many different types!!

I defently want to change the hood...I really like hood scoops lol

Also I want more power for the engine plus im thinking on getting the dual pipes

I thought about that....but car with mods are hard to come by where Im at the most popular thing here is to get an old car and put 24s to 26s which give it a monster car look with shiny rims which to me is kind of dumb lol

I came across a 97 camarao and almost bought it but didnt due to high mileage and the interior was mistreated

I did the math and it comes to 1900 (with lights, rims, body kit) but im not planning on doing everything at the same time...Ill start with the lights then rims and if I can find someone to do the body kit under a fair price...

like whats an average price to get the body kit done? Im sure its gonna have to be painted
