they do have a close resemblance. any idea why would evisu do that though? the the idea behind to design concept?

i have never seen that design from evisu before. when did they first use it? maybe t-bone at the year of... copied evisu then?

why have evisu used this design in place of their gulls? i could inderstand it alongside their gulls.

Are we certain that the picture is of a genuine pair of Evisu? Fakers often mix different designs from high end brands, we have seen Evisu x RMC fakes before for example. Where was this picture taken from, Evisu's own site?

Hmmm...if thats the case it must be a universal symbol that nobody has copyright to, like for example the In/Yo or Ying/Yang symbols often used in Asian culture. It certainly is strange that Evisu havnt incorporated their Gull into the design though. Is this a new design or an old one?, if it is an old one then maybe The Year of.. have copied as apposed to the other way round.

I have seen this design on many jeans, not just evisu and the yaer of, but i have forgotten whwere i have seen them. but i think that it is a universal symbol.
