so the evisu tailor cut some jeans too short for this guy and then they refused to replace the jeans and told him he overwashed them. that is disgraceful!
It would be a terrible shame if this is representative of Evisu as a company, and to be fair we have heard only one side of the argument. With a very expensive pair of jeans though, any alterations to be made would have to be clearly understood by the tailor, if this has not been done, then this is a true disservice to the customer, and I can understand why the guy would be so upset.
to tell you the truth I emailed them about my tracking number and they responded the next day with not just an email, but I Got a phone call from the dude asking me questions that helped me. He then sent me the tracking number in like 2 mins. and everything was all gravy! GRAVY GRAVY GRAVY!
