Have you asked for more pictures? The patch looks shady but the image tells very little. With a glance I'd say they are fake. If they were real deal I would imagine the seller had more pics to show off the jeans.

I did ask for a few more pics of the selvedge which he's sent to my email so I'll post them up in a while

the waist patch and selvedge looks authentic but the leg ends have been altered. Looks genuine at this point.

Be very wary on this one, the close ups do indeed show a pair of genuine RMC given the Selvedge pic which he has supplied but I suspect these close ups are not his pics but pics hijacked from somewhere else ( which is why I tag all my close up pics now!). Why do I think this? Look at the close up of the Selvedge and check out the waistpatch behind it, its different to the one shown on the jeans on the auction so we know its not the same pair of jeans.


The close up has a 2006 style waistpatch and the auction shows and pre 2005 waistpatch design which has Red Monkey Co. above the logo. Clearly the close up shows no sign of the text above the logo. Also check the silver wave pattern behind the dragons, again its different to the close up so I know these are not the same jeans, in fact I'm inclined to suggest his close ups could be from at least 2 different pairs of genuine Twin Dragons. Also given the price and location of the seller I'd be inclined to give it a wide berth unless he can provide pics of the selvedge against the correct waistpatch. The paltry pic used in the action is designed to reduce the likelyhood of it been spotted as a fake, if he posted the pics he sent you onto the Auction then he would have to supply a genuine pair of jeans

Great job spotting the difference dunny! you're absolutely right, the waist patch does look different and the frays on the pockets are different from what was the auction and pics sent to you.
