I know you guys must be thinking that it was me who was selling those 4A hero jeans on ebay .. Well let me just make it clear as i should have told you guys this before but the only reason i did not tell you ppl is because i was scared . That's the reason i have explained everything to Dunny.

The guy who was selling the jeans on ebay was my cousin and he was trying to sell those 4A hero jeans .. what he did .. he tried to get the jeans from auctions in asia but before he could get them in his hands he tried to sell them on ebay.
obviously he did not have the pics of real jeans ...

Only foolish thing i did ( and im regretting it big time )) is that i provided him with the set of pictures which were given to me by dunny some time ago .. as he was insisting me that he has already arranged some1 to get the 4A jeans from auctions in asia but what happened is his friend/contact couldn't get the jeans because of some issues .. so my cousin has to go through bidding agent ( proxy bidder )..and my cousin was unaware of the hidden costs he would have to pay because he thought he will only get the jeans for £320 and when he planned to sell it for £450 he was thinking that he would make SOME profit.
when he did the deal with JS .. then he realised that the bidding agent is gonna charge him alot of money on commision etc and it was coming as a total of alot more then he thought so selling them for £450 meant he would be making a losss .. then he had to make an excuse to JS that he can't get time to go to post office and he refunded his money .. if you think my cousin wanted to scam JS he wouldn't have refunded his money back as JS paid him by gift ..he could have easily kept the money and not sent JS anything but he is not a scammer .. he refunded JS money twice not ONCE .

do you think if my cousin wanted to scam JS he would NOT have refunded the money back to him and promised to sell him back..as he was thinking he would get them soon from auctions

so after when the bidding has ended for the auctions my cousin thought he won the jeans as he paid the money to the bidding agent (proxy bidder) and was waiting to hear from the bidding agent .. .. but bidding agent was slow in replying and then at that time dunny posted on the forum and i saw it and then i got really ****** off as every one was thinking that its me on the forum who trying to sell the jeans without having them in possession.. then i called my cousin and asked him what are you doing ? have you got the jeans yet? he said he is still waiting to get an answer back from the agent ..then my cousin got an email from the bidding agent that the seller has sold the jeans to some one else .. and at that time my cousin removed the jeans ..

i have already sent emails etc to dunny and explained him all that .. so please do not think i was or my cousin wanted to do some thing dodgy/scam to any member or anyone .JS have done several dealings with me before and never ever had any problems with me . i have sold stuff to dunny, gush , brian and JS before so please do not be in any doubt about my honesty..

i just made a mistake of providing pictures of jeans to my cousin before he had them in possesion as i thought my cousin has so many contacts in asia and he would definately get the jeans as he wanted to make profit out of them as soon as possibe plus to get his money back...

ANd i am really sorry because of all what happened .

With regards to several ebay accounts.. i only have one ebay account and my brother's and my cousin's have ebay accounts too .. and with regards to shill bidding ..WHO WANTS TO SELL THEIR RMC/YOROPIKO STUFF FOR 99P ????
I am being honest here now ..when i put my stuff on ebay for sale .. i either do it as buy it now or best offer price but mostly i do it as 99p starting price .. but i get my friend or brother to bid on the item to make it as a reserve price ..as if i put an item for 99p starting price and a reserve price of £300 then ebay insertion fee would be like £10 due to the reserve price or even more ..with 99p starting price its free to list the item ...its same as putting the reserve price on the item ..the reason i do it is cos i dont want to sell my items for 99p i get my stuff with the money i earn from hard work....

It takes alot of courage to admit one's wrong, even if it wasn't yours entirely but affiliated. Doing this gives us a whole level of respect for you Wez. Thanks for clarifying.

You know Wez, I gotta say it took a lot of guts to make this post, and I know how long and hard you had to ponder your responce. It isnt easy to say you made a mistake but I am sure I speak for everybody on this forum in saying you have shown a great deal of courage and maturity to say what you have said. Clearly you have been a victim of an incident that wasnt entirely of your doing, but fully accept your part in it.

You could so easily have just vanished from the scene and left the situation unanswered but you didnt. You had the balls to come on here and admit you made a mistake, one which it is obvious you soley regret. A lesson can be learnt by everybody here, we are all human and we all make mistakes. Without dought you have proven to us all that you are no coward and as far as I am concerned you have redeemed yourself fully in my eyes.

Thankyou Wez for being a man, the situation that occurred is from my point of view forgotten and we can move on from here and contiune to enjoy the forum the way it should be. Peace man

Yea the guys above are right, it takes a loooot of guts to admit this on the forum, but it also makes the situation clear and thats the most important fact. I´ve always been thinking that you´re a honest guy who´s not trying to scam innocent people.
And there´s nothing bad about selling stuff for provit, everybody´s up to do this if he gets the chance. It just was not a good idea to try to sell stuff where you need another person first to even get it. In future, you and your cousin only should try to sell stuff when you really own it, that saves a lot of trouble, because in most of the times, the buyer is a forum member, maybe a known one, maybe not. Anyway, I´m not mad at you, everyone makes mistakes...but you´re not the guy, just affiliated to him.
I forgive you and I think the other members and JS will forgive you too, especially your cousin, because which scammer gives you your money back? NO ONE! That proves that you two are good people! Keep on doing the real thing!

still dont agree with shill bidding though.. i know no one wants to sell for 99p but thats the risk you take with ebay auctions, just do buy it nows! which i know you do anyway Wez haha
