Ok so i checked out the Bagga sale and I seen the rmc red waves i been after but they only in size 40...I was just wondering what the fit would be like for a 36 waist? Help anyone...?

40 will be alil too big for you. if you're a 36. a 38 after wash would fit better.

i could get into a 38 i guess cus some of my denims are 38 so i can wear them baggy...but 40 would still be too big right?

My experiance of RMC and especially Yoropiko is that they tend to stretch quite a bit after wearing them once or twice, so if they are tight to start with they will loosen up to a comfortable size. My size ranges from 30 to 32, I find 30 is a solid fit but once ive worn them even once they stretch to a nice comfortable fit. My 32's dont stretch because they fit casual loose to start with. If you are a true 38 you might get away with a 36 in RMC, it all depends on how you want to wear them in the end and if you are likely to wash them because if you are you must allow for shrinkage!
