I had no issues until today.. then it hit me twice...

I was moving out to another city 10 months ago to work... and i didnt bring all my clothes there... so let some cheap trashy looking jeans home... but they were my favourites.... besides them i left a pair new $400 evisu...

I just came back home here today to find that my mom trashed 'em both.... talk about me freaking out...

only good that came out of it is that she now owns me a new pair... so I think ill go red monkey shopping .... still mad tho...

you had any disasters happen ??

So far only Egg on my RMC which the Dry cleaner really has struggled to remove! Obviously it will come out in a normal wash but I dont wash my RMC that way ever. Currently working on a magic potion which is believed to remove raw dry egg, a mix of Cream of Tartar and Asprin!! Gonna see if that works.

Other than that nothing, I just hope nobody lights a match in my bedroom though cos all them pine boxes would likely go up in flames very easily LOL

Nothing major has happened to any of my RMC jeans, or any of my jeans for that matter (no matter how much I try). Well my Momotaros are getting a rough and tough treatment and are looking good. I cannot say the same about my RMC belt though.

After almost two years the belt is pretty much cut in half with the belt hole totally torn and worn and the "belt loop" gone already over a year ago. But today I finally switched to another non-RMC belt.

Wow that belt is certainly worn to destruction, I only ever wear belts for decoration to be honest so they never need to hold my pants up LOL

Indeed... this belt had a good run and now resides at mi casa. First time I wear any other belt for almost two years. Although it's now almost cut into half, I still say it was well worth the 50 € I paid for it.

Today I did the unthinkable and threw away my RMC belt. (I think this when you hit the "drama button") No ceremonies no shed tears. The belt just went out with the stuff I was throwing away. But in my defense the belt was already at the end of it's life cycle.

Yeah I'm a bit of a horder and loathe throwing stuff away, but the belt met its design brief, it held your pants up until it eventually wore out and thats all you can ask of any belt really LOL To be fair a denim belt was never likely to outlive a leather one no matter how well made.
