Hmmmm.......they are certainly different. Got to be honest though they dont do anything for me. If I want jeans splattered in paint and ripped to pieces I'll certainly give em a call though LOL

An acquired taste me thinks!

Gonna be honest & say I think they are quite possibly one of the worst pair of jeans I have seen! (Sorry man!) This is a case when 'Made in Japan' stands for NOTHING - you have to have a quality product first!

It is typical of people starting up their own brand - if that is what he is doing/done. It just looks like he has tried to use as many different techniques to 'customize' the jeans as possible - tears, rips, paint, fades, applique etc. They don't look like they have been thought out & designed. I imagine there are thousands of other jeans out there 'customized' in this way - probably at the back of people's wardrobes or at the bottom of a land fill site - the result of people's first & last attempt to produce 'one off designer jeans'.

I think the trend in this type of denim has been & gone - can't see it coming back just yet!

Haven't checked out the other stuff on the site - just those Bloody Hell jeans - I don't know if I dare!

I could be totally wrong - is this a big brand in Japan or just a small start up thing?

I dont think his brand is that big, he told me have made some sales, most locally in japan.
We went to the same fashion design school in canada a couple of years ago...

I think he most do the brand for fun, he dont really have to sell anything...
his dad owns a big construction company in japan, so his family is very rich...

im not going to knock a jean when its down but they are pretty 'unique'

they look like someone from Camden market in the uk made them. for all those outside this is like the mecca for all moders who will take any piece of clothing, rip, cut, paint and sew a dog to the leg and away you go. all joking aside i cant see many people wearing them but that works for RMC :P
