Default G3 Jewelry Warning - 11-11-2009, 11:01 PM

Ok as I mention before I discovered that G3 doesn't like to give refunds...I made this thread because I dont want other people to get caught off guard in their many excuses of why they can't "process your refund"

My problem was when I returned a pair of jeans...At first everything was fine the CEO Quincy said that It would take 5 business days to process my refund; So i waited then after 10 business days I send him an email asking about my refund...He ignored it; I called and left a message but he never replied.

As a result I would call and send emails hoping to get a respond which I never got...until one time I send an email to customer service instead of Quincy where Quincy finally replied stating that "he had been trying but my credit card kept coming back with an error" and to only direct my email to him not the customer service email...so afterwards I tried to get in contact with him but again he would ignore my emails and calls.

Until one day I send him an email asking for a RMC product and as I expected he replied within minutes to my email...which made it clear to me that he was never planning on giving me my refund So I went and called my credit card company and they told me that there were no such thing as errors with my card so I filed a complain to my credit card company about the purchase...

As a result he refunded my $$ the very next day...So if your planning on making purchases that you are not sure don't buy from them because they gonna give you a hard time with your refund. I dont know why but I guess they greedy, all they care about is making money not you the customer...If you wondering this went over a month

That's sad to hear. In this line of business it's all comes down to customer service. The company needs to respect the customers because without them, you ain't got scratch. Simple things such as answering emails asap, processing and shipping orders in 24 hours. Small things like that. It should not be just about money, but getting to know people and helping people to find products they appreciate and such. Common mistake companies make is that they don't even bother to engage in communication with the customers and just look at the profit. I mean for me best experience in running business has been the network you build, the people you meet and when you get emails from people telling me how much they appreciated the product/service and drop me emails outside business just to send updates from different parts of the world. Haha, I'm sure many business folks would cringe their teeth after hearing that, but hey that's my theory. It all comes down to 20/80 rule and the relationships you build.

Oh dear, sorry to hear you had such a bad experiance, I mean it could have been an isolated case had it not been for the fact that Shawn also experienced difficulty. At economic times like these you would think businesses would put even more effort into customer service than ever!

I like your theory Tony...some business are quick to deliver items n take your money but seem to have the hardest time givin refunds the thing that made me mad about G3 jewelry was them ignoring my calls n emails as well as lying to me

Real recognize real...
It's very true, communication seems to be the weakness of so many organizations. I mean, just replying to people in a swift manner and answering the phone or dropping a call if necessary takes very little time, but has a big effect when it comes to the customer satisfaction. Much respect...
