Here is a picture from the original RMC site of the Jeans design you have purchased if that helps. It shows a Red Tag in the centre back of the Jeans but don't panic because not all RMC have these ( it is market dependant) but to be honest I would have expected yours to have one. Once you get them you will be able to establish fully if they are genuine or not. Also I've included a picture of the Selvedge used on this model to assist you in identifying if your Jeans are fake when they arrive ( I believe this Selvedge was used on this design)

I just noticed in this case, u re right the selvage will give us the truth, btw the fake models could be about as real as the real ones, since its not the hardest part to make a right selvage comparing the laser printing on leather patch and all! Anyway its just a point of view on just watching the jeans pictures, coz the jeans quality as you touch it, and all makes the difference!

i doubt its a real one though, or the design on back pockets changed slightly from a production to another, for some details, i would say, in case of a kick ass fake jeans, only the manufacturer can see the fake, or handing it quality and selvage would tell the difference!

There are fake RMC with Selvedge but to be honest virtually all the cheaper fakes are not selvedge at all which is why it is so easy to spot. If you do buy more RMC off E Bay always ask for a selvedge pic before bidding, and be sure its a pic of the actual Jeans you are bidding on and not a library pic off a website. Most jeans are like this pic, just chain stitched seams, and I suspect your RMC will be the same quite possibly

Well its being complicated for several reasons, the real reason i think its a real one is:
i think its older one than the pics you re watching me, another lot, i m not just pondering, i did see the same model without the red tag on the Martin Ksohoh website where you can see the whole collection of RMC products, and the one i saw there was without the red tag...
Thats the main reasons, then we can discuss

On the other hand, it could be a conterfeit model but i doubt such a quality came here at this price in france, or i dunno whats happened to this jeans, actually i bet it could be made in Paris by some Chinese conterfeiter or so, but i dont think it could be made at such a price, the work, quality is too high!
If there are some people able to make this in Paris, and its real possible, if some guys wanna make it, they got means, and all quality stuffs they need to; then its a real bad news for RMC, it could hurt badly the local market here!!!

Franckly i think its a real one, but older model than the one you show here , thats why they are some slight differences, only the manufacturer would say us the truth!

OH dear, sorry to be the harbinger of bad news, but yeah its definatley a fake pair of RMC, the selvedge isnt selvedge at all but as I suspected, just normal denim with long strips of white material sewn onto the seam with red thread to make it look like selvedge. I guess you live and learn! Sorry buddy
