You are right when saying andrioid do have more choices when it comes to phones. Andriod marketplace have more free apps but still not enough and way less than apple apps. Correction for the iPhone 4 cause it's running on 3G network and not 4G. Martins not really late on this since the old design iPhone will still be available in 8GB. Plenty of 3GS and 3G users and the iPhone 4 won't be available until today. He can't possibly make a case without the phone can he? I don't think the case will fit the iPhone 4 but anybody read about how the lost iPhone 4 were disguised as a 3G back then?

Ok Ok I was wrong, I wasn't aware that the Iphone 4 is on 3G...I did some reasearch and it appears that they didn't go ahead with it is because they were having problems with it...furthermore you compare the specs on this link

where you will noticed that its HD, has a better camera, is faster, and a better battery life...So I sure many people will upgrade to this phone leaving the old one behind...actually the only reason the old 3G is still aviable its because its leftovers from the last ones that didn't sell since apple has stated that they won't be making any more but will only produce the iphone 4 only 1million every month...

As for Martin its obvious that you can't make a case for a phone that you don't have...what I was trying to say is that he should had waited for Iphone 4 to come out then make the case for it..since most people will get that one rather than the old one...I just don't see people picking a slower phone over a faster phone...Im pretty sure we all want the best phone so between both they gonna pick the new one...

As for the Iphone vs the android its clear that the better phone is the android because OS beats out all other OSes for phones. It's far more powerful, and way more versatile for coders who want to make applications for it. Which will lead to more apps for the Androids than Iphone apps...the only reason Iphone has more apps its because its been out longer...

also the android can multitask which is something apple has been struggling with sure they claim adding more RAM will solve it but its still not close to the android ability

If not convince just compare the Iphone 4 with Droid X...Droid X already murdered the Iphone without apple even knowing it and whats odd is just wait untill HTC updates their androids since HTC is better than Moto Plus we got flash 1st on the phones I know my boss gets upset when my Droid beats his Iphone everytime

Also the Android is a better choice because it aviable to every phone company out there where Iphone is only for AT&T which apple regrets agreeing to that contract since it can't get around to other people, which gave Androids the time they needed to stablish its credit

Perhaps Martin already has a case in the works for the newer i Phone, I guess we will have to wait and see, but I am sure it wouldnt be too difficult to do now the new i Phone has been released.

I've got the seriously flawed Nokia N97, on paper it could have been so good, but sadly its a useless housebrick. Looking at the Nokia N8 as a potential replacement on August when I can change my phone, still uses a version of Symbian but its spec sheet is droolworthy to say the least.

Apple will be going simfree soon so people will have the freedom to choose their own carrier. I agree with you how Apple closed their doors on developers where android is open source. Apple IOS4 can also multi task now, categorize your apps etc. android and apple OS are very competitive and it all comes down to the users so its very hard to argue which is better. i like the 2.2 Froyo and the Droid X do have very good specs. Only problem its CDMA.

Apple have discontinued the 3G 8GB, 16GB and 32GB 3GS but released a new 8GB 3GS. so it's not leftovers like you said it is.
If this 3G case works out well, we probably will see the iphone 4 case made as well.
