OK Guys I received a responce to my question regarding the authenticity or lack thereof of the RMC dragons and the sites customer service kindly responded. Here is the content of the 2 E mails I received from them:

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We truly do appreciate you taking the time to contact act. I am having the merchant seller check on the product right now and confirm whether the authenticity of the clothing has been verified or not. If it hasn’t we will be terminating the auction. If you have any questions or need any assistance later on, please feel free to let us know and we will be happy to help.

In many cases , we do not know the origin of these goods.

So there you have it, with any luck they will check goods in future and hopefully these will be removed before some unfortunate soul ends up buying them. Result!
