Martin is releasing out a really wide array of gear this season... New styles, lines and product categories... it's good to see he's thinking ahead. Just wondering could this SS2010 release along with others have something to do with the RMC Jeans made in Japan? I mean of course majority of Martin's designs are Japan influenced, but the MKWS and the above design have a style very similar to the Japanese premium denim brands out there and the workwear is a big deal in Japan. I mean basically denim is categorized under workwear but there is so much more to the genre than just jeans and I can see that Martin is reaching out to this field with the recent releases.

The guys at Momotaro Jeans sent me a workwear magazine from Japan, and hot damn the magazine is thick, like phonebook thick (slightly exaggerated, but not much) and full of workwear lines, pics and such. Really amazing stuff from old denim ads to denim/ workwear articles and promo pics. Posted a little something about it on my blog and will be posting more stuff later once I get my scanning game going on, heh.

Just checked your blog Tony, good stuff buddy. the Japanese really love their workwear for sure and its a big market to hit so it makes sence that Martin would aim more product at the lucritive Japanese market.
