They didnt say, they were suppose to close down for maintenance only after the pirate store sell..which had happen before when they have pirate store sells. But this time, maybe a week after the sell they have the for lease sign on the window.. and the LA Bape store was remove from the location section on Bape.com.. Maybe I should move to NY..

Probably due to the landlord was asking for too much rent wise. It happens when we live in cities with high demand in the rental market
