Contact the local trading standards department in your area. If he's selling fake RMC chances are he's selling other counterfeight products and is probably involved in countless other ILLEGAL activities!! Contact the local press aswell - I'm sure they'd like to be involved in this type of thing - especially on a Trading Standards raid!!
