The denimistik jeans only have similar waves, they are not exactly the same as RMC so they are pretty safe.

Possibly, I mean if you first look at these denimistik jeans from any kind of distance you would initially think they were RMC. Of course they probably do just enough to make them different enough not to get sued. In fact when you inspect them there is actually very little exactly the same as RMC, its just overall there is no dought that this company has copied the overall style.

their needs for RMC can't justify them buying fakes, well can't blame them if they don't know it's fake, but if they like the brand so much, they should support the designer by buying the authentic product instead. Martin did release the diffusion line up for those who wants RMC but can't afford the more expensive selvedge line up.
