It's false advertising (new laws came in VERY recently or are about to come in which prevent borderline advertising - e.g. 'the best' '#1 in ....' and using fake/made up things - e.g. customer comments etc).

Also slanderous/libelous (never remember which is which!) as it's NOT true!

The problem with false advertising is you can claim plausible deniability.
