Default RMC Trademark Infringement by Prohibit/Rangy Mountain Co?? - 08-09-2008, 08:57 PM

I was just wondering if anyone had any news or had heard anything about Prohibit LLC (Rangy Mountain Company) using Martin's name? I heard that Prohibit/Rangy Mountain Company have registered a company called Martin Ksohoh Inc. and are now planning on calling themselves "RMC by Martin Ksohoh Inc."

Does anyone know much about this?

Surely they aren't allowed to do this? They are just trying to profit from Martin's hard work and skill.

That is REALLY LOW from Rangy Mountain Company! I didn't think they could get any worse - this is F-in out of order!!

I cant see any chance of this happening, I mean Martin already calls his product RMC by Martin Ksohoh ( not the more common Red Monkey Co) and this must be Trademarked in the US and worldwide. They wouldnt be able to register another company with the same name.

this is what i know

1) premium lines llc set up a company in the usa called martin ksohoh inc

2) premium lines llc then tried to set up a brand called royal mountain company which they abbreviated to rmc to try to confuse buyers into thinking they sell reall red monkey company (rmc)

3) the owner of red monkey designs, a guy called torry opposed their application and started legal proceedings against premium lines llc.

4) premium lines llc then went bust and claimed chapter 13 protection.

5) premium lines llc then set up a brand called rangy mountain company and again abbreviated it to rmc to confuse everyone.

6) premium lines llc then used the company they set up which is martin ksohoh inc and call their brand rmc BY martin ksohoh, which is really rangy mountain company by a company they set up called martin ksohoh inc.

7) premium lines llc did this to confuse buyers into believing they are selling rmc (red monkey company) by the designer martin ksohoh of 1001 inc in hong kong.

8) notice rangy mountain company by martin ksohoh inc never use the wave pattern on their brand because this is trademark protected by the real martin ksohoh (the man) and 1001 inc.

9) i think martin could sue premium lines llc for setting up a company in his name. this looks like a trademark infringement to me.

10) so in summary, premium lines llc set up a company called martin ksohoh inc and a brand called rangy mountain company and to confuse everyone they call is rmc (rangy mountain company) BY martin ksohoh. the real rmc (red monkey company) martin ksohoh (the designer) has nothing to do with premium lines llc.

maybe we can all sign a partition stating that Premium line's Rangy is the fake etc. martin can then present it to court or something.

Why are Rangy doing this? Why don't they just do their own thing? Why try to ride on the back of Martin?

The Reason Is Because They Are Too Lazy To Build Their Own Brand Or Have No Confidence In Their Own Brand Rangy Rats
