Yeah the fine was probably unjust in my opinion, what they should do is work along side genuine manufacturers to help sift out the sellers of the fake goods. If we can spot the fakes on sale of RMC, then surely the manufacturers can do the same with their products too. It might seem a mammoth task but to be fair if the auction sites Ive seen are anything to go by its usually just a couple of sellers putting up multiple posts for dozens of items. You regularly see one seller on a certain auction site selling up to 20 different RMC designs in all sizes at stupid low prices, its obvious they are fake to anybody, just one swoop on this seller and half the RMC on sale on this auction would vanish! You can sift through pages and pages of sales and 70% of the stuff is certainly fake.
