nowadays, jeans dont need cinchbacks, except perhaps worker jeans...

dunny, the newer design with the cinchback is a early 2005 or late 2004 design with lot1003.
here is a picture of the devil jeans lot1003, cinchback, there were also other cinchback designs available but very few.

Nice one TNT, I think this is the one I have seen before, not too sure, I have a pair of Evisu that look very similar with the cinchback on them. EDIT- I found the pic of the cinchback RMC I have, its off the old RMC site, its the same jeans as your pic.
