Here is something a bit different, a collab with popular HK gameshow Super Trio and RMC Martin Ksohoh. I like the two waistpatches and the design on the jeans is pretty cool. I'd no idea what this gameshow was about but this is off Facebook;

"The Super Trio Show Series was a TV gameshow series produced by TVB. The series debuted in 1994, and remained in production for 10 years due to its popularity. The show was hosted by Eric Tsang and his two assistants - Jerry Lam Hiu Foong and Chin Ka Lok. Jordan Chan was one of the hosts in Season One, and was replaced by Chin from Season Two onwards.

Each episode featured several popular Hong Kong celebrities as guest stars, and they participated in hilarious games that attracted the large number of viewers each season. At the end of each round, appealing prizes would be awarded to the winners. The guests' participation in the games and their interactions with the hosts produced many amusing moments captured by the camera, and these moments had come to be the show's main draw; some had also turned into running gags."

I can only assume Martin was a fan of the show LOL



No idea though if this is a production design or just a special like the Dennis Yip RMCs released a while ago.

The pocket edges look kinda different on these, no stitching holding them on? Shame they are a one off really.

Following on from this collab, here is a pic showing 2 more variations of the above jeans with different designs on them. I can only assume a pair was made for each of the hosts or maybe contestants of the show.

don't know if this pair of jeans are selvedge. Doesn't seems like they will be selvedge since the waist patch is the same ones from the non selvedge jeans from lot 1001.

looks like their limited to only 50 pairs says the banner on the page. Don't know if i will get them will have to think about it. If its Selvedge i will definitely get a pair.

I like these myself, and as you say a very limited release. I dont believe they are selvedge however, pretty certain these are the same construction as the diffusion range RMC's sporting the same waistpatch design, the ones with the multicoloured zig zag stitch along what would normally be the selvedge edge.
Still a nice design and certainly worth adding to any RMC collection.
