I'm with T-dog on this one!

Isn't this the whole problem that RMC faced with stores not selling authorised stock in the US (fakes) and not being able to 'control' the brand. Surely they wouldn't want this 'service' advertised on the site either?

Remember this is an RMC forum - anything on here 'represents' the brand for people to see. It's like the whole parallel imports with 2nd hand items. Sorry guys but it sounds dodgy.

If you have them in your hand to sell then list them on the Buy & Sell section but don't go around doing this!

like u know me and shin are some rmc freaks and we´re searching for stuff the whole time and we found some people that dont need their rmcs anymore, they are from asia, and none of them is here on this forum.
the jeans they have all together are around 30pieces, thats a lot.
they dont want them anymore, but we want them, most of them like brand new condition. some of them will be to complete my collection because i need only 4-5more rmc and the rest can be sold here.
but why should we get them in our hands first because anyone is asking for them? thats a huge waste of money...

and i dont think that martin cares about this, we´re not a shop or anything like that, we have this amount of jeans available and when they are gone, then we cant order more of them because we´re not buying from a shop but from ordinary people which have the rare jeans.
or do u know a chance for a european person to get a non-standard hungry dragon? or a hokusai rmc that isnt a fake?

think more about it before u complain about anything lol...
here´s a buy and sell section, we also could say that we have the jeans in our hand and nobody would know that we dont because we can ship them to here in very few days.
here are threads with links to ebay that help people getting stuff, especially us people.
and the sellers are also "non-official stockists" and nobody complains about it...

and of course it seems dodgy to you, everything we do or what we say seems dodgy to you, i already have realized that.

and over to t-dog: NO, we are NOT selling NEW rmcs before togged gets them. I said rare stuff, and rare stuff is not available anywhere else in shops worldwide, it has to be purchased from private persons - and we have the luck that we found a lot of them by spending a lot time to find them.

I´d never sell items which paul has also in stock. I´ve so many RMCs from paul and i helped several of my friends to get some rmcs from paul, most of them even did buy more than one pair...so what do u think, that i want competition with paul?

he´s the man that helps you out with everything, what it available he can get, but what is no longer available he cant get anymore, but we can, at least parts of it.
and by the way...paul knows about this idea of selling the very rare rmcs here on forum

to cut to the chase. tnt you and shin should advertise any RMCs you have in the buy and sell section of this forum and not tag that signature onto every thread you post. that's my opinion and what i consider the decent approach to selling any stock.

so, paul called me today, he has no problem with the idea, but he has problems with the way we are promoting it.
and he also said, someone might think that we as moderators would abuse our power by doing this as we have many posts here and stuff like that.
so he told me its better to remove our signature because this is like inofficial advertising and pretending to be a stockist that we dont are.
i may post pairs i want to sell on buy and sell section but its not good to put that in our signature.
other users he doesnt know would have been banned immediately if they were making advertising like that, but paul knows me, martin knows who i am so they first talked to each other and then to me. i will write shin an sms right now to remove his signature as soon as he gets to work.
but what paul especially liked was that we show, that there is still a market for second hand jeans and that you will get your money back when u have a good pair to sell and we would sell only good pairs.
but its not allowed to put this into our signature.
thats of course good in a way, because there could have been more people doing this and some of them might be fakes sellers, especially when they search for newbie users in here and sell via PM so the moderators and other members who know about the brand cant help those users.
so i will only list stuff in future in buy and sell section and i wont promote it in my signature.
we just dont have to appear as sellers. some second hand jeans are ok, but not in such a way :P
hm, in a way i really dont care that it isnt allowed to promote this way, that helps me having the rarest jeans on my own. thats more important than money. it´s funny to see almost everyone who got a pair that he has only standard designs^^
but i thought, selling a few of that rare designs would be nice so that europe might have been at least a bit competitive for asia in terms of rare jeans, ...but on the other hand i really have no problem when it´s not like that, i have what i want and its not my problem if other people dont, most of them are happy with their standard pairs because they are only wearing them and are no collectors.
it´s not that standard pairs look worse than rare pairs, most of them look even better but they have not the same value because they might exist about 300x instead of 50-100x, thats the difference. and there is a market for rare pairs, everyone knows that.

but i think i´ll better stop writing this post, i´m getting a bit confused of what i´m writing, maybe i was repeating myself a few times lol.

even i thought somehow that putting that into our signature wont be allowed but i gave it a try, was no good, so i removed it as fast as i put it into my sig

WOW a lot of bickering over what? Money and rare jeans. TNT and shin want to get their hustler on! I'm not mad at you, But theirs rules to the game and as Moderators I think you should of spoke to Paul first and see what he and Master Martin had to say.
