don't think the octopus lady was made in size 48. you can try emailing sales@rmcjeans.co.uk and see if you can get one made to order.

I think normally the max standard size in most designs is 42 and occasionally 44 and in fact the newer releases probably top out at 40 waist simply because the market for larger sizes is relatively small. You probably could get a bespoke pair made to order, but it would cost more than the normal price I'm afraid.
