Hi,
i got a phone call with a guy from this shop and he told me they dont sell RMC jeans anymore, not enough fancy/trendy/fashion lines at this time, but still selling YOROPIKO, he didnt even know YORO is RMC, associated to produce this brand, he told me YORO a guy fighting with RMC he made his brand after divorcing with RMC, bla bla bla, well!

Yeah I agree with Gabs totally on this, sounds like they have been talking to Rangy regarding the alledged split up. maybe once Clvii know the truth they might start to stock RMC now.

Yeah the fakes out there really are a problem for retailers, but i think they make excuses for themselves, i mean really, the kids who buy $40 fakes were never gonna buy the real thing anyway, it was out of their price league so they never lost a sale to these kids! What the retailers need to do is target the customer base who already shop with them, the people who already buy designer wear and have a decent expendable income. They need to promote the quality and the benefits of RMC, its special unbleached cotton, the intricate embroidery, the quality of the denim, hell even name drop occasionally and tell people so and so wears this, he is a film star, etc... The product is excellent it should sell itself, the only thing putting people off is maybe the styling which to be fair isnt everybodies taste. I have visited a lot of dealers in the UK and to be honest, with the exception of maybe 3 dealers ( I wont mention names) none of them promote RMC as a premium product. They think its just some gangster rapper brand so their customers think the same, then they bleat like sheep that they cannot sell RMC. The dealers are lazy in the most part and fail to educate themselves about the product. Would you buy a second hand car from a dealer who knew nothing about the car he was selling? Sorry for the long rant, but I am getting sick of dealers telling me they cant sell RMC because of this or because of that. They cant sell RMC for one reason............they cant sell anything!!!!!!

Frankly i think its maybe a matter of being able to sell RMC, the company could be limitative to let some shops diffuse their products if they dont match some criteras, i bet if i want to open an online shop, it gonna be hard to do so...
I wish i could finally, its not even a matter of money, but i bet it could be hard to match the process. <shrugs>

The online business is very different to face to face selling, generally people who already know the product/brand will buy from online dealers, in effect they just become order takers not sales people. However I realise that some people make enquires about products on the phone and by E mail so of course the online merchant still needs some knowledge. My main probalem has been that the bricks and mortar dealers winge that they never sell any RMC but then in one particular case leave their stock over six feet high on a shelf in the corner of the room, disguarded like old rubbish. this isnt how you treat premuim product! If the seller cannot put some pride into presenting the stock as premuim product then nobody will see it as premium product either.

Yes indeed, if you show some RMC products like shit, its worth shit lol
They messing their own business this way!
Must be exposed like a Top high quality product it is, like evisu, the guy even told me The Year Of is now a lot better and blablabla, from what i know about Year Of the Shit, just worth its name LoL, probly they now made real nice design with Year Of the Rat, i didnt see those products yet, i hope its nice though, i am not against products hanging around RMC, but what ive seen for Year Of products, look like increadibly great for a celtic theme party ahah...
Doesnt matter anyway, u like it or not, as the guy used to say, frankly adding skulls and all on the design they made isnt an improvement at all hehe, this sentence even worths for Yoropiko or year of the ..., need to follow several fashion lines in denim industry, but really got fancy design, try stuffs noone do, to conclude as an example Miss Sixty has made so many fancy, crazy design, plus has followed fashion lines and explode like a huge missile everywhere, only coz they had fancy stuffs, noone trying to do, to test on their customers
RMC is so crazy, so fancy, you cant find anything worth it, nor in the design, nor in this top high quality coming along with, thats why its like artists, paintings, RMC should always remain the same, a huge artistic production on denim pair of jeans and all, even if they die, they would get even more attractive, and worth like crazy on second hand market! Art is art, sooner or later, RMC would really get the reputation they deserve!

Ok! well i tried to explain what i was thinking! Kind of difficult sometimes to spell it in english hehe
