hey fellas, so lately there has been lots of new RMCs on the market and MKWS and such but i was wonderin if anyone know bout some new Yoropiko designs, or if MArtin is doing anythin new with that label... any one know?

Good question and the simple answer to that is we dont know either LOL Certainly MKWS has taken up a considerable amount of Martins time and although some RMC has been recently released as you correctly point out there seems to have been a plaucity of Yoropiko. I suspect that Martin will be looking again at Yoropiko in the very near future and I cant wait to see what designs he comes up with because of the 3 brands Yoropiko tends to be the the most visually stunning.

exactly Dunny! i love the extravagance of Yoropiko with the gold buttons and such!

One thing I'm happy about is that I have not seen the Yoropiko khakis and shorts anywhere. I was really scared the brand would become like a diffusion line or something. I mean you got the dragons and other great products, then the khakis I saw at Seleven, which I can tell were nowhere close to the quality associated with the brand... But yeah, interesting to see what Martin cooks up!

I have saw the new release of Yoropiko at Seleven Shop HK. I am a bit disapointed with it, cause the design of new Yoropiko is hand paint instead of embroidery (I am not a big fan of hand paint). And this serious of Yoropiko called Black Label Yoropiko (with a black color leather patch on waistband).

hand painted!!! well i hope it is not steering towards evisu!!! yoropiko is more of luxury side of the brand.

paint print is ok on the diffusion range like my short's. anyways lets hope it keeps its class!

if anything it just might make the value of the embroidered pieces skyrocket! ( I can only hope)

For me Yoropiko is about extravagence in every way from the designs to the no compromise build quality, to move from this would weaken the brand overall. I accept that such attention to detail is considered niche to many buyers but Yoropiko should continue to push the bounderies producing designs in strictly limited numbers which are highly collectable and demonstrate the state of the art in Martins portfollio.

not much of a hand painted fan either, hand painted jeans tend to be more plain in design, and design is the reason why i love Yoropiko's so much.. but edmond you should definitely post some pics!
