Are these real? seem very cheap for yoro's

Yeah these are the Gold label Range of Yoropiko, these are genuine and were destined for the american market. These are good prices too if you like them because retail on these is normally around $400. Karmaloop are not listed in the dealer directory but they are not known to carry any fake stuff so I expect the stock of Yoropiko they have is genuine too. Maybe bought a lot from a wholesaler unless the yoropiko site hasnt been updated to include them as an official dealer. The denim is selvedge but only down the leg as per RMC

Are these same size as other yoro's? i wear 34" evisu so 34" yoro is good?

Yeah shouldnt be any problems size wise, and because they are washed you dont have to account for any possible shrinkage either or a huge amount of stretching during wear like the raw ones.
