Yeah maybe you are right TNT about the thread colour having a bearing on the lot no. These new ones have lot 617 I think. I wonder if his new design also comes in unwashed denim. If there is a 600 series lot no. maybe these are a slimmer fit like the StarWars Yoropiko, given that they are lot 621. None of my other Yoropiko show a lot no. on their waistpatch.

Yeah will do, certainly at the moment only my StarWars Yoropiko are what I would call slim fit, my other Yoropiko are more baggy, like RMC lot 1002

I have to admit to being a bit of an Evisu fan, I like a lot of their stuff and still buy items periodically. Its a shame that most of the jeans are no longer made in Japan, I have a pair of the E.U Ninja's, made in Italy, but the newer ones are made in Tunisia. I guess that outsourcing makes bigger profits. I hope that RMC/Yoropiko keep it in Hong Kong and don't go the same root. Incidently, are the cheaper diffusion line RMC's made in Hong Kong or are they outsourced? does anybody know?

they are made in HK. 8colors, all together 1000pairs, only 125 pieces per color. 50 gold and 50 silver for europe. thats not much despite they are so "cheap"
they are even a bit more limited than ordinary rmc designs for 260GBP which are 100-300pieces, but most times 200-300

gold and silver ones will be priced at 260-270GBP, they will have selvedge, not like the other six colors.

That being the case I would certainly consider buying either the gold or silver versions given that they are selvedge denim. The other colours would not be of any interest to me due to the non selvedge however.

I think that martin isn't the biggest fan of his own idea, this becomes clear when your are looking at the post of TNT.
